John graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in 1982 and received his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1985. He is a Benefactor of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Middle District of North Carolina. He has practiced Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law in Greensboro for 35 years.
